When RENEW Microfinance first opened its doors, Mr. Vikash Gurung was there serving as our Bumthang Office Driver from day one. And in 2012, he became the very first client to take a loan from RMF, using it to upgrade his vehicle.
More than a decade later, he’s still with us.
Every day, Vikash carries out his duties with sincerity, making sure staff reach their destinations safely and on time. His warmth, positivity, and readiness to help have made him a friend to everyone he works with. Whenever the office needs a hand, he’s the first to offer one.
As his family grew, so did his dreams and his trust in RMF never wavered. Over the years, he availed several loans for what mattered most: financing his children’s education, because he believes learning opens doors to a brighter future. Most recently, his fifth loan helped him build a new home a long-cherished dream of a safe, comfortable place for his family.
