RENEW Microfinance First Branch
RENEW Microfinance introduced its first branch in Samtse, Bhutan.
OBTAINED MICRO LOAN CERTIFICATE
The Royal Monetary Authority, the Central Bank of Bhutan, certified RENEW Microfinance to lend microloans to their clients.
INCORPORATED AS A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY
RENEW Microfinance Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act of Bhutan 2016.
CERTIFIED AS A DEPOSIT -TAKING MICROFINANCE INSTITUTION
RENEW Microfinance Private Limited was licensed as a Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institution.
OBTAINED FDI LICENSE
RENEW Microfinance Private Limited received an FDI license on March 9th 2020.
