RENEW Microfinance Private Limited (RMF) invites qualified national consultants/consulting firms to undertake anย Independent HR Review and Organisational Development Consultancy.
The assignment covers a diagnostic review of RMF’s HR function, the design of a revised pay & grading structure and Internal Service Rules, and a change-management and implementation plan.
We’re looking for:

Experience in HR reviews & organisational development (ideally in financial services/microfinance)

Expertise in compensation, job evaluation & pay-grading design
โ
Knowledge of the Labour and Employment Act of Bhutan & RMA requirements
