It is believed that Staffs are the assets of the company. RENEW Microfinance (RMF) has dedicated and hardworking staff who have been working since the start. 70% of the total employees work in the field in all 11 Dzongkhags serving our clients directly. RENEW MFI also send their employees for short-term exposure tour abroad in order to serve our clients in a better way.
Initially, RMF started with 8 staff members and reached 55 staff members by end of 2022.
